With over two decades of experience in fire safety solution, the company has established a strong reputation in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai & Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategic sales plans. They will also conduct market research, create proposals, negotiate contracts and work closely with internal teams to align business goals. The role will drive market expansion and oversee growth initiatives within the company’s business domains.QualificationsExcellent ability in business development, market research, and strategic planningStrong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsProficiency in contract negotiation, proposal creation, and sales techniquesUnderstanding of Fire Safety, and Safety Product Distribution industriesExperience in team collaboration and ability to work towards meeting and exceeding growth objectivesBachelor’s degree in any Faculty, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Eligibility and Requirement Min 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development profile. Proven capacity to reach and beyond sales goals. Proficiency in market development and making sales strategy. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills. Well-versed in CRM and Microsoft Office. Self-driven with an emphasis on outcomes sharp thinker and quick learner.
