Senior Business Development Manager – Recruitment Services (Domestic Staffing)Location: GurgaonRole Type: Revenue Ownership | Individual ContributorRole OverviewWe are hiring a high-performance Business Development Manager for our Domestic Recruitment Services division. This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients across IT Services, GCCs, Consulting, and Technology firms.We currently work with reputed clients such as Wipro and L&T, and are looking to expand our portfolio by onboarding large IT and consulting firms including Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and similar enterprises.This is a quota-carrying role with full revenue responsibility.What We Are Looking For• Strong existing relationships with TA Heads, HR Leaders, Delivery Heads, and Procurement teams in Tier-1 IT firms• Ability to open doors and empanel us as a preferred recruitment vendor• Experience acquiring large staffing mandates (IT & Non-IT)• Strong understanding of domestic hiring landscape• Comfortable owning aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targetsMandatory in ApplicationPlease include:• Current companies / industries you are handling• Existing enterprise relationships (Accenture / Cognizant / Infosys / TCS / HCL / etc.)• Average monthly billing generated• Largest account acquired (company name, billing value, your role)• Realistic monthly revenue expectation• Current vendor empanelments you have closedKey Responsibilities• Acquire new enterprise staffing clients across IT Services & Consulting firms• Get empaneled as recruitment partner/vendor• Build active hiring mandates within 30–60 days• Close contractual staffing and permanent hiring agreements• Own complete sales cycle from prospecting to MSA signing• Conduct meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement teams• Negotiate commercials and close rate cards• Drive repeat business and scale account billingRequired Experience• 5–10 years in Recruitment Business Development (Domestic Staffing)• Proven track record of acquiring enterprise staffing clients• Experience closing large IT services companies• Strong understanding of permanent hiring and contract staffing models• Hunter mindset – new logo acquisition focus• Experience negotiating rate cards and service agreementsPreferred• Active network in Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Wipro, L&T, etc.• Experience working with large IT services / GCC / Consulting firms• Strong understanding of India domestic hiring market• Experience managing multi-location hiring mandates• Existing vendor relationships with procurement teamsCompensation• Fixed Salary• High commission per account acquired (uncapped)• Revenue-linked performance incentives• Fast-track leadership opportunity based on performanceHow to ApplyPlease share:• Updated Resume• List of enterprise clients acquired• Monthly billing generated in last 12 months• Deal sizes handled• References (if available)
