Our first fitness club is located in HSR Layout, Bangalore, and offers an innovative environment for fitness enthusiasts to thrive.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bangalore (HSR Layout).The Executive will be responsible for driving membership growth, nurturing leads, building community relationships, and ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for every potential HYFIT member.The role requires close collaboration with the operations, marketing, and coaching teams to deliver a seamless sales journey—right from the first inquiry to final conversion and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and convert inbound leads generated through walk-ins, social media, events, and referralsConduct tours and deliver clear, compelling explanations of HYFIT’s offeringsMaintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads and close membershipsWork with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, promotions, and campaignsAssist in organizing community initiatives, member engagement activities, and events to strengthen HYFIT’s fitness communityBuild long-term rapport with members and represent HYFIT’s brand values in every interactionIdentify local partnership or outreach opportunities to expand HYFIT’s presenceQualifications0–1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (fitness or hospitality experience is a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesGoal-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in making lead trackers, or basic Excel/Google SheetsPassion for fitness, community building, and helping people kickstart their fitness journeyIdeal for energetic, people-first professionals who love curating experiences, building connections, and being part of a dynamic, high-performance fitness culture.
