Hiring: Senior Electro-Mechanical EngineerLocation: JaipurIndustry: EPC – Water Supply Projects / ESCO ProjectsWe are looking for a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in EPC projects, specifically in Water Supply Projects and/or ESCO / Energy Efficiency Projects.Key Responsibilities:Handling electro-mechanical aspects of water supply EPC projects, including pumps, motors, panels, pumping systems, electromechanical equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M support.Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, equipment requirements, and project documents.Coordinating with project sites, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution and timely completion of projects.Monitoring procurement-related technical requirements, vendor evaluation, inspections, and compliance of mechanical/electrical equipment.Supporting execution, troubleshooting, quality control, progress monitoring, and technical coordination across project stages.Assisting in ESCO / energy efficiency projects, including project coordination, equipment understanding, and implementation support.Preparing reports, documentation, technical submissions, and management updates.Candidate Profile:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electro-Mechanical Engineering.Relevant experience in EPC sector is mandatory.Experience in Water Supply Projects, pumping stations, utility infrastructure, or ESCO Projects will be preferred.Strong understanding of pumps, motors, panels, electromechanical systems, installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work closely with head office and site teams.Preferred:Experience in infrastructure / utility / government EPC projects.Exposure to project coordination from corporate office level will be an added advantage.
