Position: School Principal(CBSE)- North BangaloreWe seek a senior academic and operations leader to provide unified leadership across CBSE programme. The role ensures academic excellence, operational alignment, cultural cohesion, and full regulatory compliance, while respecting the distinct pedagogical frameworks of each board.Key Responsibilities;Provide strategic academic and institutional leadership across CBSE, setting a unified vision, goals, and performance benchmarks.Ensure curriculum integrity, teaching quality, student outcomes, and full compliance with board regulations.Mentor, evaluate, and strengthen Principals and senior leaders to drive accountability and leadership depth.Ensure academic continuity and smooth student progression across both curricula.Drive continuous improvement through academic reviews, data-led decision-making, and quality assurance.Oversee campus operations in collaboration with Principals, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and policy implementation.Build a values-driven school culture focused on student wellbeing, inclusion, and parent trust.Act as the primary academic representative with parents, boards, accreditation bodies, and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with CBSE, safeguarding norms, and statutory requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree or Doctorate in Education/Management with mandatory B.Ed or M.Ed.Proven experience working with CBSE programme.10+ years in K–12 education, including 5+ years as a CBSE Principal in a reputed institution.Key CompetenciesStrong instructional leadership and curriculum expertiseAbility to inspire and lead senior academic teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic thinking, adaptability, crisis management, and high emotional intelligence
