About the CompanyAs an Associate Product Manager – AI, you will work closely with senior Product Managers, Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to support AI-driven initiatives across customer experience, retail, supply chain, and internal tools. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how AI products are built in the real world — from problem discovery to experimentation, rollout, and iteration.ResponsibilitiesProduct & Problem UnderstandingHelp identify and document business problems where data or AI can add value.Support the creation and prioritisation of AI use cases across D2C, retail, and operations.Break down complex ideas into clear product requirements and user stories.Execution & DeliveryWork with Data Science and Engineering teams to support model development and product delivery.Assist in writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and tracking progress during sprints.Help run experiments such as A/B tests and analyse results to inform decisions.AI Use Cases You’ll Be Exposed ToProduct recommendations and personalised customer journeys.Demand forecasting and inventory insights.Chatbots and automated customer support workflows.Retail analytics like store performance and footfall trends.Customer segmentation and retention insights.Cross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Ops, and CX teams during rollout.Help communicate outcomes, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders.Support adoption of AI-driven features by internal teams.Measurement & LearningTrack KPIs like conversion, engagement, efficiency, or cost savings.Monitor performance of AI features post-launch and flag improvement areas.Learn about responsible data usage and ethical AI practices.Required Skills1–3 years of experience in product, analytics, consulting, or related roles.Strong interest in AI, data, and how technology solves real customer problems.Basic understanding of concepts like recommendations, forecasting, NLP, or experimentation.Comfortable working with data and dashboards to derive insights.Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.Experience in D2C, retail, consumer tech, or e-commerce is a plus. Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)Preferred SkillsExposure to tools like SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, or experimentation platforms.Any hands-on experience with AI projects, automation, or GenAI tools.Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn fast.
