We're early-stage, funded, and building for agency owners, account managers, and founders who run paid media.About the RoleYou'll be our first marketing hire. That means you own the full funnel — from getting the right people to notice CWA, to turning free users into paying customers. This is a hands-on builder role, not a manager role. You'll write the copy, run the ads, recruit the affiliates, and ship the campaigns yourself.What You'll DoWrite content that earns trust with ad operators (landing pages, threads, case studies, email sequences)Run paid acquisition across Google and Meta — and use CWA to optimize it (dogfooding is the job)Build and grow our affiliate program — recruit media buyers, influencers, and newsletter operators as partnersOwn lifecycle email to convert free users → Pro ($49/mo) and Agency ($199/mo)Create product-led content: demo videos, use-case walkthroughs, teardowns, comparison pagesShow up where ad operators hang out — X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Slack groups, PPC communitiesTrack acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics weekly. Kill what doesn't work fast.What You Bring3–5 years in growth, content, or performance marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS or the ad/media buying spaceYou've personally run paid campaigns (Google and/or Meta). You know what ROAS, creative fatigue, and search term reports mean because you've lived it.Strong writer.
