Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.Experience required:-Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask-Candidates must have between 1-10 years of customer service experience-Teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.-Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.Eligibility:-Flexible to work six days a week during day shift-Language proficiency: English (Working Proficiency) & Hindi(Mandate) and one regional language-Graduate (10+2+3) and above with minimum 10 months of experience and HSC(10+2) with minimum 18 months of experience and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience. BE/BTech/ME/MTech not eligible-Team lead with 5+ years of relevant experience-Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30/60 days' notice preferred-All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have-Salary credits from all previous employers must have been processed through a bank account. Cash payments are not acceptable.**Candidates to Bring:**- Updated CV- Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history- All education/employment documents-EPFO Service History- 1 Passport size photograph**Interview Process Norms:**- TCS will not be responsible for any loss of original certificates (X/XII/Graduation, PG, or any other certificates).
