Regional Sales Manager – Electric Commercial Vehicles (SCV)Location: Regional Role – IndiaExperience: 8–12 YearsQualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mandatory)Industry: Automobile Sales (Electric Commercial Vehicles Preferred)Ideal Candidate Profile8–12 years of automobile sales experience (EV commercial vehicles preferred)Experience handling a region and managing a sales teamStrong negotiation and analytical skillsExcellent stakeholder managementGood business acumen and strategic thinkingSmart, energetic, and performance-driven personalityRole SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in automobile sales, specifically in Electric Commercial Vehicles (3W, 4W & Cargo solutions). The candidate must have handled a regional territory and led a sales team.The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and successfully introducing and ramping up SCV products in line with business targets.Key Areas of Responsibility1. Planning & ExecutionKey Responsibilities:Understand prospective application requirements and focus segments as per SCV GTM strategyExecute strategy related to EV charging infrastructureIdentify suitable product offerings based on customer needsPresent product features and benefits effectivelyFinalize terms of sale within authorization limitsSupport customers in securing product financingObjective: To meet customer requirements and achieve regional business plan and sales targets.2. Business DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:Extensive area mapping to identify prospects across SCV fuel lines and focus applicationsIdentify new entrants in transportation and related business segmentsConduct value proposition discussions highlighting product advantagesObjective: To achieve regional targets for new customer acquisition and expand market penetration.3. Customer Engagement & Process AdherenceCustomer Engagement:Understand customer pulse and evolving needsQuarterly mapping of key customersConduct joint meetings with aftermarket/service teams to resolve issuesCoordinate for site improvements with customer stakeholdersParticipate in tendering processesEnsure diligent follow-ups and MOM closuresProcess Adherence:Understand regional reporting requirementsSubmit reports, presentations, demos, live trial results, and customer feedback within timelinesObjective:Improve customer satisfaction and ensure faster issue resolutionMaintain uniform customer experienceIncrease repeat sales through strong engagement4.
