Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, internal databases, and networking.Conduct competency‑based interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final selection discussions with stakeholders.Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies, where applicable.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of contact for hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates.Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and challenges.Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stages of the hiring process.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.Conduct pre‑offer and post‑offer engagement activities to reduce drop‑offs and improve joining ratios.Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and trackers.Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports for leadership.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.Process ImprovementIdentify gaps in hiring processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.Stay updated on market trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment.Experience hiring for mid‑level roles; exposure to volume hiring or niche roles is an advantage.SkillsStrong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.Analytical mindset with experience in maintaining recruitment metrics and dashboards.Personal AttributesHigh level of ownership and accountability.Strong attention to detail.Proactive and self‑driven attitude.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.Professional, confident, and approachable demeanor.
