We believe every employee should have ownership over their work such that they can feel empowered to challenge and improve systems and processes that dictate our direction.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Competitive pay (let’s talk!)Health insurance including medical, dental, vision, etc. (group insurance for your family)Contribution to Provident fundPerformance based yearly bonus (equivalent to at least 1 month of your basic salary)Paid Time Off (23 days per year)Paid Sick Leave (7 days per year)Cafeteria (free coffee, snacks, etc.)Opportunities for travel, professional trainings, and growth.The RoleAs an Equipment Design Engineer, you will be responsible to design and develop automated spray equipment for 2K polyurethane (plural component) systems used in pipe  and industrial coating applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign metering, mixing, heating, and spray delivery systems for 2K polyurethane.Develop automated spray mechanisms (carriages, rotating heads, robotic systems).Integrate PLCs, sensors, drives, temperature and pressure control systems.Create full 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.Build, test, and commission prototypes.Troubleshoot mechanical and automation systems in field applications.RequirementsB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of hands-on equipment design experience.Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, high-pressure systems, and heat transfer.Working knowledge of electronics and industrial automation.Full proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks / Inventor / Creo or similar).Experience in industrial machinery design.PreferredExperience with plural component polyurethane or epoxy spray systems.Knowledge of PLC programming and motion control.Experience with high-pressure spray equipment.If interested either apply through LinkedIn or reach out to with a copy of your resume.
