Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentSource candidates through job portals (Naukri, Linkedin), social media, referrals, internal databases, and field recruitment.Build and maintain a strong pipeline for assigned positionsSource 5-10 Relevant Resumes daily from various sources on assigned positionsStrong follow-up and coordination with candidates2. Screening & SelectionReview resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, stability, and behavioural fit for manufacturing environments.Coordinate technical rounds and interviews with client HR teams.3. Coordination & Requirement ManagementUnderstand job specifications, workforce planning, and hiring priorities from clients.Share timely updates, interview schedules, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress reports.4. Recruitment OperationsManage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding support.Ensure compliance with labour laws, documentation, background checks, and onboarding protocols for manufacturing setups.Support mass recruitment, walk-ins, and on-site hiring events.5. Data & ReportingMaintain candidate MIS, recruitment trackers, and Daily/weekly/monthly recruitment status reports.Track metrics like time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and sourcing channel effectiveness.6.
