Our solutions are optimized to reduce inefficiencies and ensure that patient interventions are made at the right time, for the right reasons.We’re looking for a Technical Support & Backend Engineer who wants to grow into a core engineering role while working in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities Internal technical support across systems and tools.Backend development exposure in Java/Python.Support API development and internal tools.Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.AWS infrastructure basics and system reliability.Supporting compliance and security practices (including HIPAA).Collaborate with engineering teams on ongoing product enhancements.We are looking for candidates with Basic knowledge of AWS services; Java and/or PythonFamiliarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts.Good communication skills.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.A collaborative attitude with a growth mindset.
