Our proven track record spans the full lifecycle from concept to commercialization of innovative pharmaceutical products.Website : Qualifications : M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharma/Ph.DExperience : 5–12 years of experience Dept : Analytical ResearchKey Responsibilities:Perform intact mass analysis and primary structure characterization of peptides.Conduct advanced studies including: - Disulfide bond mapping - Sequence confirmation - D/L isomer differentiationDevelop and validate LC–MS/MS methods for peptide analysis.Conduct impurity profiling for peptide-related impurities using LC-HRMS.Identify unknown impurities by determining mass and amino acid sequence.Support extractables and leachables studies using mass spectrometry.Operate and interpret data from SEC-HPLC and SEC-MALS (if applicable).Collaborate closely with CROs and regulatory teams.Contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., ANDA, IND, BLA) with high-quality analytical data.Prepare and review analytical reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GLP/GMP standards.The above-mentioned JD and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the job.
