Purpose of the Job: The incumbent is expected to analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners. They will actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region.Requirements: 7 Yrs+ of relevant professional experienceGood understanding of the end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customerKnowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SDExperience with business requirements analysis and business processes modellingProven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholdersConceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detailStrong communication skillsExcellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables)Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process ownersDrive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansingDevelop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processesDefine and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transitionDesign and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA systemActively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training.
