Business Development Executive – Outbound Calling (US Sales)Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night Shift (US EST Timings)Experience: 2 to 6 YearsStellar Consulting Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives for a high-activity outbound calling sales role. You will connect with potential US clients, generate interest, and support staffing & SOW project service sales.Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound calling sales outreach to US prospectsIntroduce and explain staffing and SOW project service offeringsUnderstand client needs and record accurate follow-up detailsMaintain lead logs, call records, and spreadsheetsCoordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and conversionsMeet daily/weekly calling and engagement targetsRequired SkillsExcellent spoken EnglishStrong persuasion and communication skillsAbility to manage high outbound call volumesTarget-driven and consistentBasic MS Excel proficiencyPreferred ProfileExperience in international BPO, inside sales, or outbound callingFamiliarity with US or international sales processIT background (BCA preferred)Why Join UsStellar Consulting believes great teams are built by great people.
