Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents about JEE/NEET/UPSC courses, curriculum, and learning plansHandle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and walk-insExplain course features, fees, batch details, and learning methodologyMaintain student data and follow-ups in CRMBuild strong relationships with students and parentsAchieve enrollment and conversion targetsCoordinate with academic and operations teamsSkills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)Basic understanding of JEE/NEET/UPSC exam structureConvincing and counseling skillsWillingness to learn and adaptTarget-oriented mindsetBasic computer and CRM knowledgeTraining & Growth:Complete training will be provided on JEE/NEET/UPSC counselingClear career growth path to Senior Counselor / Team Lead
