The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects to ensure that work is completed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring proper implementation of design plans. The supervisor will also inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design requirements and safety standards, while addressing any site-related challenges efficiently.The position requires daily site visits to monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution of work. The candidate must also be available on call throughout the week to address urgent site-related matters and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintaining accurate project documentation and regular communication with clients and project teams is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site visits to monitor work progress and quality.Supervise contractors, labor teams, and vendors on-site.Ensure execution of interiors as per drawings, specifications, and design intent.Coordinate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams.Inspect materials delivered to site for quality and compliance with project specifications.Maintain project documentation, site reports, and progress updates.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.Remain available on call throughout the week for urgent site matters when required.QualificationsExperience in site supervision for interior design or architectural projects.Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams.Knowledge of interior design execution, materials, and finishing standards.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely project delivery.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction and interior works.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
