Job Title

As Product Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine validation and testing activities for inverter, solar inverter and battery-based products. The role demands hands-on execution of test procedures, wiring, instrumentation setup, and accurate recording of performance and safety data. You will work under the supervision of senior engineers and chief officers and assist in debugging, reporting and documentation of test findings on time.Job Requirements· Hands-on experience with electrical and electronics testing tools and instruments like multimeter, clamp meter, data acquisition system, data logger, temperature logger, thermal camera, environmental chambers, digital oscilloscope, AC-DC power source, solar simulators, grid simulators etc.· Basic understanding of inverter topologies, solar panels and battery characteristics.· Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit reading and interpretation.Interpersonal Competencies· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team· Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing techniques and tools· Good organization and time management skillsProfessional Skills Required· Hands-on experience with basic test instruments such as multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, thermal probes, and data acquisition systems (DAQs)· Ability to perform basic circuit testing, fault isolation, and component-level troubleshooting· Good understanding of electrical fundamentals: DC/AC circuits, transformers, relays, fuses, wiring practices, and safety protocols· Capability to follow standard operating procedures and accurately document test results· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) for data recording and report preparation· Basic understanding of safety measures during testing of live electrical products
