Job Title: Senior Talent SpecialistJob Location: Vadodara (Onsite)Shift Timings: Night Shift, 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM ISTJob Scope:As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for full recruitment cycle and fulfillment of the assigned requisitions. You will also play a key role in building our future workforce by providing leadership in mentoring and training the junior team members in recruiting best practices.Key Responsibility Area:Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis across a wide array of technology verticalsUtilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunitiesConstruct Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discoveryScreen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall fitSuccessfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills requiredCreate strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidatesManage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrityProactively network with user groups and potential talent by maintaining ongoing relationshipsDisplay technical knowledge and the ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trendsAnticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-termCoach junior team members on crucial technical recruitment principlesMust Have:Must have 2+ years of US recruitment experience.Must have experience working in a faced paced environment.Strong communication skills.Bonus Points IfMultitasking - Juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyMarketing Skills - Knowing how to market and promote your services, expertise and knowledge effectively to clients and candidates is of utmost importance.Academic HR background
