We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Civil to support and manage civil construction activities for pharmaceutical industry projects. The role requires strong knowledge of GMP requirements, project coordination, vendor management, and civil construction execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with project teams and site staff, including regular site visits to monitor progress.Liaise with architects, RCC consultants, and other engineering stakeholders for project execution.Review tenders (technical & commercial) and prepare techno-commercial comparisons.Manage vendor development, selection, and coordination.Handle contractor billing, bill verification, and cost estimation (cement, steel, etc.).Prepare and review BOQ, quantity surveying, and project specifications.Oversee civil finishes in pharma facilities, including painting, flooring, and coving.Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and safety standards in pharma construction.Coordinate land survey, soil testing, and civil construction planning.Support facade and aesthetic design suggestions and implementation.Maintain proper documentation, review, and record storage for project activities.Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning and execution.Ensure timely delivery of projects through effective team management and coordination.Manage office correspondence related to project activities.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of GMP requirements in Pharma ConstructionUnderstanding of construction safety practicesExperience in quantity surveying and BOQ preparationKnowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)Expertise in civil finishes and industrial constructionStrong vendor management and coordination skillsGood project management and team leadership abilities
