Role: NOC Eng II Location: HyderabadWhat You’ll be Responsible for,Responsible for 24x7 proactive monitoring of platforms using various tools and email alerts.Incident tracking and handling. Create Incidents based on severity and assigning it to respective teams and follow up with teams and update the status as per SLA/TAT.Critical, Major incident Handling by creating a bridge call for every incident and work with respective teams towards the resolution.Basic troubleshooting of Incidents and alertsRoot Cause analysis support post incident.Release/Change Management: Email notifications for planned and unplanned maintanance activities.Publish health and performance of platforms and monitor KPIs against defined SLAs.Document errors in Known Error database(KEDB), update & maintain Incident and problem management in tools like Freshdesk and JIRA.Installing and configuring alerts for network, infrastructure, Storage, K8, applications, and databases using various tools like Solarwinds, Grafana, ELKIn charge of ongoing enhancement, refining alerts, enabling tools for proactive notifications, and minimizing disruptions.What You’d have?Skilled in utilizing monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ELK, Grafana, Netdata, OpenObserveStrong communication skills to effectively to handle incidents and calls.Knowledgeable about network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and related concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, MPLS).Knowledgeable on ITIL V4 frameworkProficient in MySQL and Linux environments.Experience in alert mitigation and optimization.Experience in writing SQL queries.Basics of scripting languages (Shell/Python).Why join us?Impactful Work: Play a pivotal role in safeguarding Tanla's assets, data, and reputation in the industry.
