At Azista, you won't just be starting a job, you’ll be fuelling the future of space exploration.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruitment operations and help us attract top engineering and aerospace talent.This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR, recruitment, employer branding, and talent sourcing in the deep-tech and aerospace sectors.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and job boardsScreen resumes for engineering, aerospace, and technical rolesConduct initial HR screening callsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Draft and post job descriptions and recruitment campaignsSupport campus hiring drives and recruitment eventsBuild talent pipelines for engineering and technical rolesPromote employer branding through LinkedIn and social mediaEnsure compliance with recruitment processes and documentationRequired Qualifications:B.Tech + MBA (HR / Human Resources / HRM / Business Administration) is mandatory.0-2 years of experience in Talent acquisition/recruitment/HRStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with LinkedIn sourcing, ATS, and job boardsExcellent organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced technology environment
