Role - Senior Manager- Travel OperationsLocation- MumbaiResponisbilities:-1. Managing the team & its performance2. Achieving the target set by the management3. Handling the customer escalations and addressing them to customer satisfaction4. Tracking card utilization & facilitating monthly reconciliation5. Ensure the team maintains DSR on a daily basis & accurately6. Track revenues (hotels & consolidators / online portals) are tracked & booked timely7. Track all payment made to hotels / consolidators against client invoicing8. Ensure invoicing is done within 48 hours9. Process improvement & revenue generation10. Presenting daily and weekly dashboard of operational activity11. Managing daily operations and making sure the smooth service delivery12. Periodic Quality check on the team’s performance and feedback management for service improvement13. Managing the Key SPOC’s for client and maintaining the direct relationship for business achievement14. Conducting the review meetings with team and completing appraisal process
