Project Director - Data CentreWe are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Our client is lead contractors with full project scope: civil, structural, and architectural works, including, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) fit-out.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the overall delivery of the data centre project from planning through to completion.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.Provide strategic leadership and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.They are looking for a project director to lead all aspects of the fast-track build who has the following attributes.Proven data centre construction experienceTier one contractor backgroundHigh value project deliveryRelevant qualificationsThis role offers long term career opportunities across the region for a market leader on a flagship data centre.
