Location: Hyderabad, TelanganaRole Overview:The Managing Director – Global Delivery will build and operate the global delivery backbone for Accordion from India, spanning all Super Practices including D&A. This leader will build the processes, governance, and platforms that power delivery at scale, operationalize a best-in-class delivery engine, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across global teams. This leader will partner closely with Practice Leaders and Global Leadership to serve as a strategic partner, driving day-to-day operational rhythms and processes to enable greater focus on growth priorities primarily on D&A delivery and then expand and replicate the model across multiple capabilities and practice areas.What You will do:Architect and operationalize Accordion’s global delivery model, scaling cross-geography execution across practices with India as a strategic delivery hub (starting with cross-geography delivery for D&A projects and expanding to other practices as they get set up in India) Own delivery excellence across cross-border engagements, driving engagement quality, people & client NPS (Net Promoter Score to measure client satisfaction), and risk mitigation. Establish enterprise-grade governance, quality standards, and processes to ensure consistent client outcomes globally. Identify opportunities to embed AI across delivery methodologies and collaboration channels and partner with relevant practice and functional leaders to drive effective enablement and implementation. Manage internal cross-collaboration to unlock efficient global delivery: coordinate with internal IT and other enabling teams on tech infrastructure, tooling, security, and access to support efficient global delivery. Mentor and guide senior leadership teams, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with company goals. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across teams to ensure the highest level of client service. Take ownership of company-level initiatives, driving operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and company-wide projects. Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall growth strategy and long-term vision of the company. Ideally, you have: 15+ years of consulting, analytics/data platforms, or AI-enabled operations experience, including 8+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery or operations at scale in a professional services or PE-backed environment. Demonstrated success in building cross-geography operating models, SOPs, and governance (e.g., delivery councils, quality gates, playbooks) that improve speed, quality and margin. Strong partner management and cross-functional leadership skills; ability to align senior stakeholders, translate strategy into execution plans, and deliver results through influence. Proven experience with global delivery models; with experience focused on partnering across US/UK/India or similar distributed teams. Excellent communication, change leadership, and program management skills, a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.
