Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Account Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communications. Responsibilities include developing and implementing account strategies, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative solutions. The Agency Account Manager will also participate in client presentations, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for client growth and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong account management, client servicing, and relationship-building skillsExperience in branding, content marketing, and communication strategiesProject management skills, including the ability to set deadlines, manage budgets, and oversee deliverablesProficiency in understanding and working with technology-focused industries, such as IT, Blockchain, AI, and AR/VRExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProblem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to client needsFamiliarity with market trends and digital marketing tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience in a creative agency or related environment is advantageous
