URL: Role : A350 Electrical Harness Team LeaderLocation: HamburgKey Responsibilities:You will enable the design and delivery of A350 wiring harnessesYou will develop short and long-term planning to meet business needs and build team capability.Role involves supporting Airbus A350 aircraft design, development, and production activities for 928/929, with responsibilities spanning DMU integration, Electrical System Installation (ESI), DQN, RDR, and FUID.You will manage resources and budgets effectively to deliver team objectives.You will support the development of your team members, helping them achieve their individual potential and build a world-class EWIS capability.Identify and resolve technical issues in the Digital Mock-UpSupport change management, impact analysis, and change incorporation in DMU/CAD environmentParticipate in design reviews & technical discussionsEnsure compliance with Airbus A350 design rules, product structure, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Desired skills and qualifications:8+ Years Aerospace Experience with strong A350 EH knowledgeStrong experience with CATIA V5 (3D design & DMU)Working knowledge of VPM and PASS SSIExperience with ENOVIA / PLM toolsKnowledge of CIRCE, ESDCR, and Electrical ReferentialStrong understanding of A350 aircraft architectureGood knowledge of electrical installation principles and secondary structuresUnderstanding of aerospace design and configuration managementPrevious experience on Airbus A350 programs highly preferred
