Role : Call Centre Manager Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the call center.Lead, train, and supervise a team of approximately 10 callers.Ensure call quality, productivity, and performance targets are met.Handle escalations and resolve customer or stakeholder concerns efficiently.Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports on team performance, call metrics, and outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in call center operations or team management.Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more members.Prior experience working with government or political departments.Must be locally based in Jaipur.Proficiency in Hindi.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools.
