Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningPartner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Use various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.2. HR Business PartneringAct as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.Provide HR guidance to managers on people management, employee relations, and HR policies.Support business leaders in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.3. Employee Engagement & RetentionImplement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze engagement data.Work with managers to address employee concerns and improve retention.4. Performance ManagementSupport implementation of performance appraisal systems.Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Monitor employee performance and provide HR insights to leadership.5.
