The Playdate Facilitator will design, organize, and lead in-person play sessions, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and safe for participants. The role includes managing communication with participants, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and tailoring activities to different age groups and interests. You will also collaborate with the team to continuously improve and innovate playdate offerings based on feedback.QualificationsExperience in teaching, childcare, or event facilitationCreativity and adaptability in developing and executing play activitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills with an approachable and friendly demeanorAbility to manage time efficiently and work independentlyComfortable with technology and virtual platforms for remote playdatesKnowledge in child development, early education, or recreational programming (preferred)Previous experience in customer service or client engagement is a plus
