Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Integrate Smartcomms with core BFSI systems (e.g., core banking, policy admin systems, CRM, ECM). Ensure solutions meet compliance standards including GDPR, PCI-DSS and local financial regulations. Optimize document generation workflows for performance, accuracy, and auditability. Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demos for stakeholders. Provide governance and best practices for Smartcomms usage across the enterprise. Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Smartcomms deployments.
