APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IT SALES, IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, IT LEAD GENERATION.Business Development Executive (IT / Digital Services)Experience: 4–9 YearsRole OverviewThe ideal candidate will drive business growth by generating, qualifying, and closing new opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role demands strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across sales and pre-sales activities.ResponsibilitiesManage the complete lead lifecycle: Lead Generation, Qualification, Nurturing, and Closure.Drive domestic & international lead generation through outbound sales activities.Execute outbound prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.Proven experience in IT services sales, digital services selling, and IT product sales.Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams.Generate new business across a wide range of IT & Digital Services / Products.Strong involvement in Pre-Sales activities, including requirement understanding, solution positioning, product pitching, and coordination for estimates.Demonstrated experience in IT product selling / SaaS / solution-based sales.Create and present business proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and commercial documents.Hands-on experience with Upwork and similar platforms, including bidding, client communication, negotiation, and proven deal closures (number/value preferred).Strong track record of independent deal closures and revenue achievement.Experience working with clients across India, USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.Extensive experience in cold calling prospects, stakeholders, and enterprise clients.Plan and execute sales strategies with a strong focus on conversion and closure.Coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate solution mapping and delivery alignment.Well-networked in the IT ecosystem with a proven record of successful deal closures.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills (English mandatory).
