We at Talent Corner HR Services are having an exciting opportunity for one of our client:Key responsibilities:Own complete P&L responsibility for the modular kitchen business.Monitor CAC, discounting, cancellations, and cost overruns closely.Build and manage a high-performing design and sales team.Ensure strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and manage manufacturing partners, hardware suppliers, and installers.Create and enforce SOPs across all functions.Create incentive structures aligned to closure quality, margins, and delivery timelines.Key Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience in modular kitchens / interiors / project-based retail.Proven experience running P&L ownership.Experience scaling modular kitchen operations across multiple cities.Experience in organized retail or large-format furniture brands.
