The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.Role Overview:The HRBP will be a critical strategic and operational partner, dedicated to driving the people agenda for the backbone of our Fitness Product business: Warehousing, Supply Chain (SCM), and Offline Sales across multiple categories. This role is responsible for architecting a scalable talent infrastructure, managing HR budgets, and ensuring a culture of high engagement and strict governance across a geographically dispersed and diverse workforce.Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Management & High-Performance CultureFull-Cycle Execution: Lead the performance management cycle for Warehouse, SCM, and Offline Sales. Set data-driven goals aligned with operational KPIs (fulfillment TAT, order accuracy, inventory shrinkage) and sales targets (secondary sales, distribution reach).Feedback Loops: Implement continuous feedback mechanisms and formal reviews tailored to a distributed workforce. Ensure Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are executed fairly and transparently.Accountability: Partner with Warehouse Managers and Category Leads to drive a culture of operational excellence and safety, ensuring accountability from the logistics hub to the last-mile field executive.Retention Strategy: Monitor attrition trends and conduct root cause analyses. Develop targeted retention and motivation initiatives (e.g., career-pathing, incentive-linked rewards) to keep top talent loyal.2. Employee Engagement, Culture & e-NPSEngagement Framework: Design and execute a comprehensive annual engagement calendar curated specifically for warehouse associates and field sales teams who work remotely from the head office.Pulse Checks: Conduct regular /"Pulse Surveys/" and site visits to gauge the real-time sentiment of the workforce.e-NPS Administration: Lead the Employee Net Promoter Score (e-NPS) survey process. Analyze results to identify friction points and implement corrective action plans to improve organizational loyalty.3. Governance, Discipline & Code of ConductDisciplinary Oversight: Act as the primary custodian of governance. Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process from issuing show-cause notices to assisting in domestic inquiries thereby ensuring fairness and legal compliance.CoC Adherence: Ensure 100% adherence to the Organizational Code of Conduct (CoC). Conduct awareness sessions to ensure all staff, including remote field executives, understand the company’s ethical standards.Conflict Resolution: Proactively handle grievances and workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.4. HR Operations, Payroll & Productivity AnalyticsPayroll Facilitation: Manage payroll inputs for the workforce, ensuring accurate processing of incentives, relocations, and field reimbursements.Vendor Governance: Collaborate with the central payroll team to Audit the performance of third-party manpower vendors in warehouses to ensure legal compliance and timely payout to off-roll workers.Data Analytics: Track and report on SCM-specific metrics: Sales productivity per head, Warehouse attrition, Cost per hire, and Training ROI.5. Financial Stewardship & Budget ManagementAnnual Planning: Assist in annual HR budget planning for SCM and Sales, forecasting costs for manpower, employee engagement, and benefits.Utilization Tracking: Monitor and track budget utilization monthly/quarterly, ensuring all people-related initiatives stay within approved financial limits.Administration: Administer and approve funds for regional events, town halls, off-sites, and R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs, ensuring a high ROI on engagement spend.6. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningProcess Design: Partner with the Central TA team and Business Heads to design and implement customized recruitment workflows tailored to the specific needs of SCM (logistics/warehouse leads) and Offline Sales (field force/category managers).Selection Framework: Develop assessment criteria and interview scorecards to ensure a high /"culture fit/" and /"skill fit/" for the high-pressure environment of logistics and sales.Manpower Optimization: Collaborate with SCM and Sales leadership to design workforce models that support seasonal demand peaks, new territory expansions, and fitness equipment product launches.Key Skills & Competencies:Engagement Specialist: Proven experience using e-NPS and Pulse Surveys to drive culture in distributed teams.Governance & IR Knowledge: Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures, Indian labor laws, and the Factories Act.Analytical Mindset: Ability to correlate engagement data and budget utilization with business productivity.TA Process Architect: Ability to design hiring funnels for both high-volume frontline roles and niche SCM and sales key roles.Budgetary Finesse: Strong financial acumen with experience in tracking departmental spends.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Master’s degree in HR, IR, or Business Administration.Experience: 4+ years of HR experience, with 4+ years as an HRBP.Sector Expertise: Mandatory experience in Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing, or E-commerce.Proven Track Record: Experience in designing recruitment processes and managing large-scale HR budgets.
