Walk in Drive Date: 14th March 2026Registration Time: 9.00 AM to 1.00 PMVenue: Tata Consultancy Services, L-Center, Vydehi RC-1 Block, EPIP Industrial Area, 82, 6th Rd, KIADB Export Promotion Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in SAP ISU Device Management, preferably within AMS/support environments.Strong understanding of SAP ISU Device Management processes (device installation, removal, replacement, meter reading, device inspection, etc.).Hands-on experience with SAP ISU configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of integration points with other SAP ISU modules and third-party systems.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Experience with incident management tools and AMS processes is desirable.Preferred SkillsSAP Certification in ISU or related modules.Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities.Exposure to smart metering solutions and IoT integration.Prior experience in utility industry AMS projects.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP ISU Device Management modules within AMS scope.Handle incident management, resolve service requests, and troubleshoot device-related issues in SAP ISU.Ensure smooth functioning of device lifecycle processes, including installation, removal, replacement, and inspection.Monitor and optimise device data accuracy and integrity across the SAP ISU landscape.Coordinate with business users for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and process improvements.Assist in periodic system upgrades, patching, and testing of device management functionalities.Prepare and maintain documentation related to device management processes, configurations, and custom developments.Support integration with other SAP ISU modules (Billing, Customer Service, Work Management) and external systems.Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for device management processes.
