We are committed to making brands not just seen but felt worldwide through forward-thinking strategies and market insights.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Head - Govt Sales & Partnerships (Marketing) to drive public-sector revenue by positioning our influencer and digital marketing solutions to central ministries, state departments, PSUs and government-backed institutions.This is a high-ownership, business development role focused on building relationships, originating opportunities, and securing marketing and communication mandates from government bodies.Roles & Responsibilities Leverage existing government relationships to create influencer and digital marketing opportunitiesPosition influencer & digital marketing solutions for public awareness, behavior-change, and citizen engagement campaignsIdentify, pursue, and close opportunities via the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), tenders, RFPs, and direct MoUsLead the end-to-end government contracting lifecycle: opportunity shaping, empanelment, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closureCollaborate with internal strategy and execution teams to design winning proposals and campaign frameworksTrack pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet defined government sales targetsExperience & EducationProven experience in selling services/solutions to government (central/state/PSU)Strong network across ministries, departments, or public-sector institutionsDemonstrated success in winning government contracts, tenders, or MoUsSolid understanding of government procurement and decision processes, including GeM or tendering routesExposure to digital marketing, advertising, media, communications, or influencer ecosystemsEntrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable building a government business verticalLocationPrimarily we're looking for people based out of the West, North & South of India.
