The Robotics Trainer will primarily be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions focused on robotic systems, including robotic welding and troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hands-on training, conducting preventive maintenance and operational guidance for robotic equipment, and ensuring the curriculum meets industry standards. The role also involves mentoring students and professionals to enhance their proficiency with robotics.QualificationsProficiency in Robotics and Robot operation and programming techniquesExperience with Robotic Welding systems and their applicationsExpertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in robotic equipmentKnowledge of Preventive Maintenance for robotic machineryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to train and mentor effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentBachelor’s degree or diploma in Robotics, Mechanical, or related Engineering fieldsRelevant certifications or prior experience in industrial robotics would be an advantage
