Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Analyst to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will analyze technical requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, and the ability to support both technical teams and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into IT solutions.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure high availability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues in a timely manner.Support system upgrades, deployments, patches, and configuration changes.Work closely with internal teams and vendors to implement technology solutions.Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement.Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.Assist with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.Provide technical support and guidance to end users and internal teams when required.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT analysis.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, and enterprise applications.Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.Experience with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Knowledge of database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).Familiarity with automation, scripting, or DevOps practices.IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.Key CompetenciesAnalytical ThinkingProblem SolvingTechnical TroubleshootingCollaboration and CommunicationProcess Improvement
