Rooted in craftsmanship and creativity, every piece tells a story — where handwork becomes art and heritage meets modernity.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled, experienced in-house fashion designer to join our core team. This role is for someone who understands high-fashion standards, craftsmanship, and precision, and who can work closely with masters, artisans, and tailors to bring refined, concept-driven collections to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-fashion garments from concept to final sampleCreate original print designs (placement prints, repeats, engineered prints)Work closely with the production and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility without compromising design intentSource fabrics, trims, embellishments, and finishes aligned with luxury standardsDevelop detailed tech packs, specs, and embroidery/print placementsOversee fittings, sampling, and corrections with a strong eye for finish and proportionEnsure all designs meet premium construction and quality benchmarksCollaborate closely with the founder and creative team on collection visionRequired Skill SetStrong understanding of high fashion / luxury design standardsExcellent knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and surface developmentProven experience in print design (digital and/or hand-developed)Solid sourcing knowledge (fabrics, trims, embroidery, finishes)Ability to balance creativity with production realitiesStrong eye for detail, fit, proportion, and finishingombre dyeing knowledge (Digital print) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (or equivalent)Experience working with artisans, workshops, or luxury manufacturers is a plusWho You AreYou have worked in luxury or premium fashion (not mass market)You understand that luxury is built in the details, process, and patienceYou are hands-on, disciplined, and design-drivenYou value craftsmanship as much as aestheticsYou are comfortable working in-house and collaborativelyWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of a founder-led luxury brand from the ground upCreative ownership and meaningful input into collectionsLong-term growth with a brand focused on craft, quality, and global relevanceA serious design environment—not a trend millHow to ApplyPlease share:Your portfolio (must include finished garments and print work)Your resumeA short note on your experience in luxury / high fashionEmail: Subject line: In-House Designer Application
