Since 2001, we have grown to employ more than 1,000 full-time associates spread across the globe and serve a global clientele of education publishers, traditional and nontraditional EdTech companies, K-20 schools, universities and career colleges, government agencies, non-profits, corporate training, and education consortia.We have our global presence in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada and in India we are headquartered in Mumbai (Maharashtra) and also have our office in Kolkata.Key Accountabilities/Activities:Supplier registration/ empanelment DocumentationsCreation of Contracts and work orders.Ensuring timely invoicing, payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and distribution to suppliers as per the process definedEnabling coordination with project team and supplier team for outsourcing process and documentations.Managing escalation from suppliers and project team for work orders/ invoice submission/ payment release.Maintaining the outsourcing tracker/ matrix and sharing with seniors on demand.Sustaining the existing network & managing the suppliersJob Details:Highly motivated graduate, with good interpersonal and communication skillsI - 2 years of experience.Experience from E-learning company is preferredEducation:Any Graduate
