Vendor Management Support:Maintain Engage3 competitive price matching portal for all 3P SKUs.Execute setup of new products from 3P vendors and ensure accurate onboarding.Support US-based Regulatory partners on document collection from vendors.Pull SKU-level data and report for promotional events.Issue credit memos to vendors based on promotional funding or other AP/AR needs.Partner with U.S.-based leadership to establish SOPs and scale offshore operations.Site Merchandising Support:Continuously improve site presentation with timely storefront refreshes based on inventory and top-selling items.Assist with category landing pages, copy updates, and 3P transitions.Support site scrubbing before major events to ensure stock accuracy, content quality, and pricing compliance.Manage 3P assortment processes including comp shopping and shipping checks.Accurately enter product data into merchandising systems and reconcile inventory for third-party partners.Execute and maintain New Arrivals section for optimal visibility. - Manage AFI transitions and ensure smooth updates. - Conduct competitive shopping for pricing and assortment benchmarking. - Handle 3P transitions and onboarding processes. - Manage discontinuations (Disco) and update site accordingly. - Maintain national assortment consistency across platforms. - Perform NPIS updates and validations for new product information accuracy. - Scrub RO and KO pages for accuracy and completeness. - Scrub PLPs (Product Listing Pages) to ensure proper product display. - Scrub broken swatches and fix visual inconsistencies. – Scrub broken RO and KO links for seamless navigation. - Monitor and fix empty facets in Ashcomm naviQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience:2–5 years in e-commerce (required).Vendor/supplier relationship management experience (preferred).Knowledge of site merchandising and web-based retailing (preferredIf you feel you have the necessary skill sets and are passionate about the job, please send your profile to
