About Dr. Morepen Home Dr. Morepen Home is building a trusted home healthcare ecosystem that brings medical care directly to patients’ homes.Our services include:• Doctor at Home• Nurse at Home• Lab Tests at Home• Medicines at Home• Vaccinations at Home• Chronic Care & Post-Hospitalization CareOur mission is to make high-quality healthcare accessible, reliable, and convenient for patients and families.Role OverviewWe are looking for high ownership Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) candidates who will work directly with the leadership team to build and scale new growth engines for Dr. Morepen Home.This is a 0→1 builder role, not a traditional operations or sales role.The EIR will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building partnerships, solving operational challenges, and executing on-ground growth initiatives from scratch.You will be expected to design the playbook, test strategies, execute yourself initially, and eventually build scalable systems and teams.This role is ideal for candidates who want to build something from the ground up and operate like a mini-founder within the company.What you will do1.Build New Growth Channels (0 → 1)Identify and build new demand generation channels such as:• Hospital partnerships• Residential community partnerships• Corporate healthcare programs• Doctor referral networks• Pharmacy & diagnostic collaborationsYou will experiment, test, and scale the most effective growth engines.2.Build Partnerships From Scratch You will identify, approach, and close partnerships with:• Hospitals• Clinics• Diagnostic centres• Pharmacies• Residential societies• Corporates• International doctor networksYour goal is to build distribution channels for home healthcare services.3.Solve Real Operational ProblemsWork closely with operations teams to solve real-world challenges such as:• doctor availability• service fulfillment• partner coordination• scheduling and logistics• patient experienceYou will design solutions and build playbooks for scale.4.Run On Ground ExperimentsLaunch and test initiatives such as:• health camps• residential activations• preventive health drives• hospital patient outreach programs• community awareness programsYou will test multiple approaches to identify scalable growth models.5.Build The Playbook For ScaleOnce successful strategies are identified, you will:• design operational workflows• build repeatable playbooks• structure partnerships• help scale the model across multiple locations6.Work Directly With FoundersYou will work closely with the leadership team on:• strategy• operational execution• market expansion• building scalable systemsThis role provides exposure to startup building from the inside.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:• Has 2+ years of experience in startups, consulting, healthcare, or operations roles• Candidates with experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred:• Startup operator roles • Early-stage startup environments • Healthcare / healthtech / hospital operationsEx-founders or candidates who have built initiatives from scratch are strongly preferred.
