Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end business for assigned national key accounts (e.g., Apollo Retail).Drive sales growth, primary & secondary targets, and market share expansion.Lead commercial negotiations including trade margins, schemes, and annual contracts.Develop joint business plans (JBP) with key accounts.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Regional Sales teams for smooth execution.Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and demand forecasting.Track competition, pricing, and promotional activities.Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.Key Requirements:5–10 years of experience in Pharma Modern Trade.Mandatory experience handling Apollo pharmacy chains.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Experience in national-level account management.MBA preferred.
