Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Engineer based in Raipur. The SMT Engineer will oversee the setup and operation of SMT equipment, ensure the quality of assembly processes, perform regular machine maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues. Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity standards. Qualifications Experience in SMT equipment operation, setup, and maintenanceKnowledge of process optimization and troubleshooting in electronic manufacturingProficiency in quality control and inspection processes for SMT assemblyFamiliarity with manufacturing best practices and safety standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent teamwork and communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant certifications or experience in EMS processes is a plus
