Role OverviewQuantiphi is seeking a Senior Manager – Inside Sales to lead and scale a global, enterprise-focused Inside Sales organization that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline and revenue growth.This is a strategic leadership and execution role responsible for building and operating an ABM-first, AI-enabled Inside Sales engine that converts targeted enterprise engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable revenue impact.You will lead top-of-funnel through mid-funnel demand creation while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, GTM, RevOps, Account Management, and Delivery teams to accelerate enterprise deal velocity and conversion.Account-Based Marketing is the primary operating model for all Inside Sales motions.What You Will DoPipeline & Revenue LeadershipOwn global Inside Sales pipeline creation from targeted prospecting through Sales Accepted OpportunitiesDeliver predictable pipeline aligned to revenue targets and enterprise account prioritiesEstablish pipeline coverage models, conversion benchmarks, and opportunity quality standardsDrive disciplined execution against quarterly and annual revenue goalsABM-Led Demand Generation (Core Responsibility)Lead Inside Sales execution across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programsPartner with Marketing to design coordinated, persona-driven enterprise campaignsDrive targeted engagement across priority Global 2000 and Fortune 100 accountsEnsure Inside Sales is fully embedded in enterprise account planning and opportunity developmentGlobal GTM CollaborationPartner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, RevOps, and Delivery to align outreach with enterprise growth prioritiesRun structured weekly pipeline and account cadence reviewsEstablish strong opportunity handoff and feedback loops between Inside Sales and Field SalesServe as a key stakeholder in global GTM initiatives and campaign planningTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing Inside Sales Managers and RepresentativesCoach teams on enterprise engagement, consultative selling, and value-based messagingBuild a performance-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and motivationEnsure teams focus on highest-value accounts, personas, and opportunitiesData, Performance & ROI OwnershipDefine and track performance KPIs including pipeline creation, conversion rates, win influence, and campaign ROIUse analytics to continuously optimize outreach strategy, messaging, channels, and targetingDeliver clear performance insights and recommendations to senior leadershipProcess, Technology & AI EnablementDrive adoption of CRM, sales engagement, ABM, and AI-driven sales toolsStandardize scalable Inside Sales processes aligned with enterprise sales cyclesPartner with Sales Enablement to refine messaging frameworks, talk tracks, and outreach contentLeverage AI agents to enhance operational efficiency, reducing time-to-lead qualification or improving pipeline hygiene scoresRequirementsExperience & Leadership10–20 years of B2B/ IT sales experience7–10 years leading Inside Sales or demand generation teamsProven track record building enterprise pipeline and influencing revenue growthExperience supporting or selling into Fortune 100 / Global 2000 accountDemonstrated success executing ABM-led demand generation strategiesSales & GTM ExpertiseDeep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deal environmentsStrong expertise in ICP definition, persona targeting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline accelerationProven experience partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Inside Sales, RevOps, and Delivery teams to nurture opportunities and support complex, multi-stage enterprise deal progressionTechnology, Reporting & AI CapabilitiesStrong experience using reporting platforms, dashboards, and sales analytics tools to track performance, forecast pipeline, and drive data-informed decisionsHands-on experience leveraging AI and Generative AI platforms to enhance outreach, personalization, productivity, and sales intelligenceExperience working with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, ABM platforms, and customer intelligence technologiesComfortable operating within modern AI-augmented sales environmentsLeadership & Core CompetenciesHigh-impact people leader with strong coaching and team development capabilitiesExceptional executive communication and storytelling skillsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilityAbility to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns and initiativesEducationBachelor’s degree requiredMBA or advanced degree preferredEquivalent enterprise sales leadership experience will be consideredWhy This Role MattersThis is a high-visibility leadership role that directly influences Quantiphi’s enterprise growth and global GTM success.
