Job Title: Service EngineerDepartment: ServiceLocation: HyderabadReporting To: Service ManagerJob SummaryThe Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company machinery at customer sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide timely support to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & CommissioningInstall and commission machinery at customer locations.Ensure proper setup and functionality according to company standards.Maintenance & RepairsPerform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machines.Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.Technical SupportProvide technical support to customers for machine operation and troubleshooting.Guide customers on proper usage and maintenance of machines.Customer ServiceVisit customer sites to resolve service issues within the defined turnaround time.Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.Documentation & ReportingMaintain service reports, maintenance logs, and customer visit records.Report service activities and technical issues to the service manager.Training & DemonstrationTrain customers and operators on machine usage and safety procedures.Provide demonstrations during installation or after service.Spare Parts ManagementIdentify required spare parts and coordinate with the service department.Ensure proper usage and replacement of parts during servicing.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to work independently at customer locations.Good communication and customer handling skills.Willingness to travel extensively.QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.Experience1–4 years of experience in machine installation, servicing, or maintenance (preferred).How to Apply:If you're a motivated and enthusiastic candidate looking to kick-start your career, please submit your resume on +91 922771869 /
