Located in Hyderabad, VS CROP CARE is deeply engaged in creating meaningful change in agriculture. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Hyderabad. In this role, the HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies, as well as performance management and benefits administration. They will lead initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop staff development programs. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution and work closely with department heads to address workforce needs effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processesExperience in performance management, training, and employee developmentStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory complianceExcellent skills in communication, coaching, and conflict resolutionProven ability to develop and maintain positive employee relations and foster a motivated work environmentStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesProficiency in HR software and tools is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in agriculture or manufacturing industry is advantageous
