We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who can craft intuitive and scalable product experiences for modern SaaS platforms.If you enjoy solving complex business problems through elegant design, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDesign End-to-End Product ExperiencesDesign intuitive user experiences for enterprise SaaS platforms.Translate complex workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces.Own the design lifecycle from concept to final product delivery.User Research & Product DiscoveryConduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.Understand user behavior and workflows across HR, operations, and enterprise systems.Convert insights into actionable design improvements.Interaction & Interface DesignCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Design modern dashboards, workflows, and enterprise interfaces.Ensure consistent design systems and scalable UI components.Collaborate with Product & EngineeringWork closely with product managers and engineering teams.Participate in product discovery, sprint planning, and design reviews.Ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.Improve Product UsabilityContinuously optimize user flows for simplicity, speed, and usability.Measure user engagement and improve product adoption through design improvements.What We’re Looking For4–5 years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise applicationsStrong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem solvingExperience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfacesStrong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usabilityExperience working with Agile product teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsTools & Design SkillsDesign tools commonly used:FigmaAdobe XDSketchSkills expected:Design SystemsInteraction DesignWireframing & PrototypingInformation ArchitectureUser Research & Usability TestingBonus If You HaveExperience designing HRMS, ERP, or enterprise workflow platformsExposure to AI-enabled product interfacesExperience building design systems for SaaS platformsUnderstanding of data visualization and dashboardsWhy Join Team ComputersAt Team Computers, you will:Design products used by enterprises across industriesWork with product, engineering, and business teamsShape the user experience of next-generation SaaS platformsGrow your career in enterprise product design
