To institutionalize governance, decision discipline, and execution rigor across the organization, enabling the CEO to drive growth and strategy with confidence, clarity, and control.Key Responsibilities- Design and operate enterprise governance frameworks across Portfolios, Delivery, and Support functions- Own CEO / EC review cadence (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with outcome-driven dashboards- Ensure portfolio-level predictability on revenue, delivery, utilization, and risk- Act as custodian of decision-rights, escalation models, and accountability tracking- Identify cross-portfolio risks, dependencies, and systemic bottlenecks- Drive compliance posture (ISO, SOC, internal controls) as an enabler, not a blocker- Enforce leadership discipline through structured reviews and follow-through- Prepare concise, forward-looking CEO briefs with risks, trade-offs, and decision asksWhat This Role Owns- Governance cadence and quality- Leadership accountability tracking- Portfolio health visibility- Enterprise risk and compliance posture- Decision escalation integrityWhat This Role Does NOT Own- Day-to-day delivery execution- Sales closures or account ownership- People management within delivery teams- Operational firefightingKey Stakeholders- CEO and Executive Committee- Portfolio Heads (Automotive, IoT, Smart Devices, Compute)- Service Delivery Leadership- Finance, HR, TA, Business Operations
